Analyst Ben Andoni has spoken about the reinstatement of the "obligation to appear" measure for Sali Berisha from the Appeal of GJKKO. Andoni said that Berisha is already facing criminal problems, which can no longer be avoided.
"Berisha is facing criminal problems, he will have to deal with them when the case goes to court. There is nothing of what PD tried to glorify when he came out of house arrest," Andoni told "Report TV".
He also says that Berisha will be pragmatic and will appear in court twice a month instead of the first time.

According to him, Berisha has turned the PD into a function of his own cause.

If you do not respect the law and the institutions, consider that you will do anything if you want to come into force. Berisha is using PD and some of them just to be on the list are avoiding the moral canons, they are doing them the worst service, Albanians want respect for the law, they want examples so that on the backs of all Albanian politicians, they are before justice. While the MPs who have joined Berisha's cause, according to Andoni, they are serving their interest to be on the lists of MPs on May 11.
