Journalist Klodiana Lala has revealed new details about a serious incident, where a 27-year-old, Eduart Koboci, was attacked with a firearm, while he is currently being sought by the police, while the suspected perpetrators have not been announced.
Lala said that this is a young man who lives abroad and, according to his account, one evening he had accompanied an acquaintance to the Yzberisht area before heading towards the Laçi Church.
According to Lala, the young man indicated that the doors did not open, while the attackers began hitting the car from both sides.
" Out of fear, I accelerated the car and sped away. At that moment, they shot at least nine times in the direction of the car ," he said. Eduart Koboci claims that he was shot with a gun and these are facts that must be verified by the prosecution and the police.
Lala said that the young man was wanted by the police for leaving the scene of the accident, after following the perpetrators, his vehicle collided with another car in front.
" The car didn't start and he ran away ," Lala said, citing the 27-year-old's testimony. Meanwhile, the aggressors who shot and attacked the car have not been declared wanted.
According to the journalist, the people who are alleged to have been the perpetrators of the attack have strong ties to police structures. " When I searched for who these people were, I found names that should be investigated. One of them is Arnold Cara, the first cousin of businessman Ylli Cara, former partner of the Director General of the State Police, Ilir Proda ," Lala said in an interview for the show "ÇIM PEKA LIVE" on SYRI TV.
She added that Ylli Cara is also mentioned in Ilir Proda's vetting file for business relations between them and for the transfer of an apartment from Ylli Cara to Ilir Proda. "It turns out that because of this connection, they have not been investigated and have not been declared wanted," the journalist stated.
According to her, the file has not been submitted to the prosecutor's office and the state police are turning into "Ilir Prode's private police". Lala said that after the event, some journalists were asked not to report on this story. " There is another story that again involves businessman Cara ," she concluded.

At that moment, he confesses, out of fear, I accelerated and tried to drive away.
At that moment, they shot him in the direction of the vehicle at least 9 times, according to him.
