Analyst Preç Zogaj stated that SPAK prosecutors should be given the opportunity to run for re-election, as their mandate ends in 2028.
Zogaj adds that their achievements in this term have had sufficient effects to justify re-election for a second term.
"Experience is good to preserve. The Albanian legislator can weigh it. So it is something that can be looked at, it cannot be cut with a knife."
"With the history that SPAK is writing, I think that those who pass the new vetting should be given the right to re-run. They will pass, some may not be allowed. I think they should be given a chance ," Zogaj said on the show "The Unexposed."
