"Allegations of electoral crimes addressed seriously", Celibashi:

The head of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Ilirjan Celibashi, commented on the May 11 elections, as well as the post-election process. Celibashi said that any allegations regarding electoral crimes should be viewed with caution, even though it may take time.

Further, the head of the CEC indicated that the recount was more than acceptable to him and a very good way to give way to every request addressed.

"When the electoral process is certified, I am free to give judgment and assessment of the process. Every claim from anyone will have to be addressed seriously, at least this is the duty of the institutions. Some claims will take more time than others related to electoral crimes, but every claim, even if it is clearly seen as absurd, must be viewed with caution.

When the request was made to recount the ballot boxes, they thought that this would be unacceptable on my part, but it was very acceptable. It was a very good way to give way to any request. And the leadership of the DP, the electoral code does not allow candidates to submit a request. The DP did not have this request, but it filed the requests of its candidates, very good that this process is being done and why is it difficult for the CEC staff. The recount process did not cost much , "he said for the show "Real Story".
