The police and SPAK are on the way to solving the massacre of Dobrači, where 4 people were killed and there are doubts that murderers from Montenegro may have been involved. The other clue being investigated is that the killers may have been Albanians and fled to Montenegro...

The head of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Altin Dumani, had a meeting today with the Chief Special Prosecutor of Montenegro, Vladimir Novovic, with whom he also signed an agreement.

According to SPAK, Dumani emphasized the commitment of the Special Prosecutor's Office as well as the importance of information exchange in the fight against corruption and organized crime. While Novovic praised the work of SPAK, underlining the role of joint investigations and mutual legal assistance.

The two chief prosecutors also spoke about the need to share experiences at the expert level regarding the best practices of the institutions they represent.

" The signing of this Memorandum is another positive step in deepening relations with international law enforcement institutions, with the aim of strengthening the fight against organized crime, arms trafficking, narcotics and cybercrime. The Special Prosecutor's Office continues to build strategic relationships with law enforcement agencies in the region, increasing efficiency and cooperation in the fight against common challenges , "SPAK announced.

The meeting and agreement between them comes at a very interesting moment. The police and SPAK are on the way to solving the massacre of Dobrači, where 4 people were killed and there are doubts that murderers from Montenegro may have been involved. The other clue being investigated is that the killers may have been Albanians and fled to Montenegro. The Shkodra Prosecutor's Office declared incompetence over the incident and passed it on to SPAK, signaling that a structured criminal group is behind the assassination.

Also, Montenegro has served as a drug trafficking point in many cases. Many cargoes are brought to the ports of Montenegro and then from there by land they enter our country. A well-known case is the cocaine laboratory that was discovered in Fier, where the drug was brought in bags of chemical fertilizer. The sacks were unloaded in Tivar and then transported to Fier. The agreement today signals that we will have interesting developments. / Pamphlet
