Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço says that the majority of proceedings by SPAK for electoral crimes are in the ranks of Tom Doshi's PSD.
Invited to the "Real Story" show on ABC News, Karamuço said that there will be concrete conclusions regarding these proceedings.
"There are 17 other proceedings, they are still being referred by the police. Materials have been collected, everything has come. SPAK without the police, it could not work. I have seen the spectrum that has been affected a little pale, but it was PSD. If it is verified that there were connections with exponents of this political force, there will be concrete conclusions.
It started with Shkodra. Malësia e Madhe, Kukës, all the way to Korçë. Yesterday, a hotel in the middle of Tirana was surrounded. We also reach the mayor of Vau i Dejës. All of this was done by court decision. This is an important electoral phase. There have been flagrant cases, but they have been few. The police have had a risk analysis. There have been clashes, they were expected. There is pressure to intimidate the counters ," he stressed.
