The construction of tourist resorts on the island of Sazan and in Zvërnec of Vlora by businessman Jared Kushner, for analyst Andi Bushati, is not good for Albania.

"This only harms Albania, it harms the Albanian citizen because this extinguishes once and for all the idea that this country can be governed by rules, that big investors can come here through competition, through rules, through an open environment equal and open democratic economic.
