The chairman of the Party for Justice, Integration and Unity, Shpëtim Idrizi, said that the protest announced tomorrow in Himare is an intervention by the Greek state.
He described this action as a pressure on Albanian justice and a violation of the rule of law, while he stated that this protest harms the relations between the two countries.
According to him, for a long time Greece has been threatening Albania with the blocking of EU integration through its officials in connection with the case of Fredi Beleri, who has been held in a cell for months after being accused of buying and selling votes in the May 14 elections.
"The protest announced tomorrow in Himare is interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign country, a member of NATO and with the status of EU Candidate.
Tomorrow's protest in Himarë is pressure on Albanian justice, it violates the rule of law.
As such it is unacceptable, it harms the relations between the two countries.
It has been a while since Greece, with its endless array of officials, with the dispatches of deputy ministers, deputies, etc., threatens Albania with the blocking of EU integration, and even the Greek foreign minister went so far as to use a non-European language and so on. less diplomatically, he used the language of the Greek Andarts when he said that:
Albania is shooting itself in the foot with the Bejleri case...?!
They demand the oath and assumption of office by Bejler, left under arrest in prison by all levels of the judiciary.
Fredi Bejleri, who "won" with a handful of votes and with many buses from Greece, the Municipality of Himara, is accused by SPAK of election crimes, for buying exactly that handful of votes that declared him the winner.
Tomorrow, at the table of statements from the Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the deputies, special visits to Bejler prison, it has been announced that the Mayor of Athens Bakojanis will also be at the protests.
Greece is using strong hands and arrogance with Albania, etc. that they know that the Bayleri case is a matter of justice.
But the goal is the return of ethnic tensions in Himare that have been forgotten for 10 years.
Himara is not a minority area like Finiqi and Dropulli and the 36 villages that Albania has known since the time of King Zog, when it became part of the League of Nations.
Himara s’ka asnjë kontinuitet tokësor me Greqinë siç ka p.sh krahina e Çamërisë me Shqipërinë.
Kjo është arsyeja pse u kandidua dhe një personazh butaforik si Bejleri, me edukimin më të lartë si hidraulik në Kretë dhe jo ndonjë intelektual që minoritetit grek nuk i mungojnë.
Apo si personazh me ngarkesa të larta penale, si i akuzuar për masakrën e Peshkëpisë, ku u vranë dy ushtarë, dëshmorë të atdheut dhe i dënuar nga Gjykata e Vlorës për dhunim të simboleve Kombëtare (djegien e flamurit shqiptar).
Prandaj Fredi Bejleri del pa teklif me flamurin e Republikës së Vorio – Epirit te vitit 1914, që përfshinte dhe Gjirokastrën, Korçën dhe një pjesë të Jugut, apo këput broçkulla si shqiptarët e kanë prejardhjen nga Kaukazi apo që do punojë për helenizmën në Himare, apo si deklarata e fundit që do mbrojë tokat “greke” në Himarë.
Fatkeqesisht ketë skenar e mundësoi dhe kandidimi i Bejlerit nga forca politike shqiptare, por sot e në vazhdim po ja shohim e do t’ia shohim sherrin.
PDIU i kërkon Ministrisë së Jashtme të kërkojë shpjegime dhe të ndalojë në rrugë diplomatike ardhjen e Kryetarit të Bashkisë së Athinës, Bakojanis, deputeteve apo funksionarëve grekë mosndërhyrjen në një problem që ka të bëjë me zgjedhjet në Shqipëri.
PDIU i kërkon Ministrisë së Jashtme të reagojë për presionet dhe ndërhyrjen mbi sistemin e drejtësisë Shqiptare.
PDIU i kujton Presidentit të Republikës, Kryeministrit, Ministrit të Jashtëm, Parlamentit dhe forcave politike shqiptare që marrëdhëniet e mira me Greqinë duhet të bazohen mbi parimin e reciprocitetit, dialogut dhe dinjitetit dhe çështje të tilla si:
Abrogimi i Ligjit të Luftës nga Greqia;
Zgjidhja e drejtë e çështjes së shqiptarëve të Çamërisë;
Solving the pension problem of Albanian immigrants in Greece, who have been contributing to the pension system in Greece for 30 years and who are at risk of being left without pensions;
Agreement on the regime of land borders and pyramids;
The issue of Exclusive Economic Zones and the Continental Shelf;
Not to be pushed to the Greek calendars, but to be treated with priority and dialogue with the principle of reciprocity and national dignity", writes Idrizi on Facebook.
