An incident was recorded this Friday shortly before the start of the 48th protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where citizens are demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
Moments before the Prime Minister's escort left the Prime Minister's Office building, a citizen participating in the protest approached the head of government's vehicle, protesting.
As can be seen in the video, the citizen was stopped by State Police officers. Protesters present at the scene claimed that he was forced into the police vehicle, while so far there has been no official reaction from the authorities regarding the reasons for the escort.
A few minutes later, Prime Minister Edi Rama's escort left the Prime Minister's Office, while the protest continued normally on the boulevard, where for more than a month citizens have been gathering every day demanding the removal of the head of government.
