The Albanian Road Authority announced that as part of the final phase of the construction of the "Sheshi Shqiponja-Lumi i Tiranës" road, part of the Tirana Ring Road, the asphalt concrete layer will be laid on March 8-9, 2025.
The works will take place during the night, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this period, the main road from the former Eagle Square to the Tirana River Bridge will be blocked, with necessary traffic diversions.
On March 8, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, the works will be focused on the right side of the main axis, blocking vehicle movement in Tunnels No. 2 and No. 1, which connect to the Tirana-Durres highway and the main axis from Teodor Keko.
On March 9, 2025, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, works will be carried out on the left side, where vehicles will be diverted to the Paskuqan underpass.
