Behind the company Alfazed is the businesswoman Shefikat Ngjela, who has passed the shares to her daughter, blogger Ersi Ngjela.
In 2001, Ilir Meta privatized Birra Tirana, passing it into the hands of Shefikat Ngjela, Luan Bregasi and Irfan Hysenbelli.
With a capital of 46 thousand ALL, Alfazed has as its main object the import-export of various industrial and food items, but also earthworks, masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete, demolition works, civil constructions, etc.
