The lawyer of the former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, said that after they refused to pay SPAK's bill of 10 million lek to get copies of the acts of his client's file, they will stay at the Special Prosecutor's Office to read all the file.
Ermal Yzeiraj said that they submitted a request to Judge Erjon Bani, where according to them we argue the illegality of the acts on which the SPAK bill is based, but there is still no clarification of the decision.
