The snowfall that has been going on for nearly 3 hours in the Krujë Highlands has caused the Krujë-Qafshtame national axis and many of the roads connecting the villages of the Krujë Highlands to the main axis to be blocked.
The snow level in the Qafshtama national park is currently reported to be around 20 cm and the snowfall continues with intensity.
The temperatures have started to decrease, as the snowfall has started since the morning in the north of the country, creating a problematic situation.
Dibra is the District with a lot of snowfall, causing road blockages, while a problematic situation can also be seen in Kukës.
Also, the Bypass in Qafë-Murrizë, part of the Arbri road, is blocked.
In the district of Kukës, the snow has exceeded 30 cm. Although 6 snowplows were set in motion clearing the snow from the road, the intensity of the rain created problems on the National Road.
Intense snowfall has started this afternoon also in Qafë Thane.
