Risks 10 to 20 years of imprisonment, investigations are closed for the educator who broke the leg of the 3-year-old girl

Majlinda Dehima, the educator of the private kindergarten "Stinët", who is accused of breaking the leg of the 3-year-old girl, has been charged by the Tirana prosecutor's office. The criminal case against her has passed to the court of the capital for judicial review.

The decision to close the investigations and transfer the file to court was taken at the beginning of April 2024, where it is already expected that the educator Dehima will face in court the charge of "Mistreatment of minors", bringing serious consequences to her health.

This criminal offense carries a penalty of 10 to 20 years in prison. Meanwhile, the educator Majlinda Dehima continues to stay in the detention center "Ali Demi" in Tirana.

Dehima was arrested by the Tirana police after the family members of a 3-year-old girl reported the case to the police and the media, claiming that the educator had broken their daughter's leg.
