As the war in Ukraine continues and the Albanian army is involved in scandals, 3 high-ranking American officials have landed in our country. Spencer Boyer, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for European and NATO Policy, arrived in Tirana today, along with Brigadier General Chris McKinney (J 5/8 Deputy Director for Partnership, Security Cooperation and Weapons of Mass Destruction in USEUCOM) and Adjutant General of the New Jersey National Guard.
