Karamuço made his comments on the "Barometer" show on Euronews Albania, where he said that there are many other factors that favor SPAK to be at the head of reliable institutions.
He added that when SPAK is mentioned, citizens have international representations in mind, thinking that every arrest that is made is carried out with the impetus of this factor.
" In this first block, if you look at SPAK, it includes the block of foreign representations. Even in public perception, whenever there is talk of a sensational arrest, citizens claim that there is an international impetus.
Then many citizens, when you say SPAK, they only mean the prosecution, but according to the law that was created, it also includes GJKKO. In terms of reliability, there is also the effect of Dumani, who really found it complete to some extent, 17 special prosecutors, there are currently 7 laboratories, the new BKH building is currently being built, and at the same time it is being consolidated. SPAK has about 700 files per year.

From the findings of the Barometer, SPAK leads the list of institutions most trusted by citizens, with 26.1% of those who have rated it as such.
