Journalist Artan Hoxha on the show "Opinion" on Tv Klan shared more details regarding the SPAK mega-operation, which took place in Shijak. Where SPAK's investigations revealed a scheme to alienate properties on the coast by a criminal group, which according to SPAK, was led by "Rrumi i Shijakut", who is wanted. He has collaborated with his brother and other persons by falsifying documents produced by state institutions.
Artan Hoxha says that “Rrumi i Shijakut” had absolute control over the institutions and used them as “chess pieces” for personal gain. He recalls a case where the mortgage director was dismissed from his post and then imprisoned because he did not sign, as “Rrumi i Shijakut” and his associates wanted.
