The 31st citizen protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office was accompanied by strong statements from activist Sidorela Vatnikaj, who addressed the protesters from the podium, commenting on the developments of the protest held earlier in front of the Parliament.

Vatnikaj stated that protesters have held peaceful rallies over the past 31 days, while claiming that despite this, some of them were escorted and treated violently by the police.

"For 30 days in a row we have told the State Police that we are here peacefully. Our 6 friends were dragged away just because they protested, we tell you we are not criminals, criminals are your bosses who collaborate with crime. Criminal is the prime minister of the country who collaborates with crime. Criminal is the government of Edi Rama which is all in SPAK", she said.

Following her speech, the activist stated that the police intervention shows the fear of the authorities and emphasized that the protesters will continue to take to the streets.

"The violence they have exercised today only shows their fear, the more afraid they are, the more courageous we are. The more you beat and drag us, the more we will come here," she said.

At the end of the speech, Vatnikaj stated that the protest aims for peaceful change and called on the authorities not to provoke citizens.

"We are here for a new Albania where the police and the government are not driven by crime. Where the police do not drag us down. We are for peaceful revolution, do not provoke us ," said the activist.
