At a time of global geopolitical tensions and wars in Eastern Europe and the Middle East, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, in a statement made a few days ago, said that his country's military forces are at their strongest.
He stated that many of the military purchases of recent years have been made confidentially and only a very limited circle of individuals is fully aware of them, thus signaling the further strengthening of the Serbian military.
Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço spoke about this issue on the ABC News show "ABC of the Morning." He said that Serbia has purchased many secret weapons.
During a major parade in September, the army will show off its weapons.
"Serbia has purchased many secret weapons, even the Serbs themselves will be surprised by the quantity. Only five people know what weapons were purchased," Karamuço said, among other things.
We recall that the Serbian president also declared that official Belgrade must be defended and took as an example the regional agreement between Albania, Kosovo, and Croatia in the field of defense.
Karamuço also focused on the statements of US President Donald Trump regarding the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo.
President Trump previously stated that during his first presidential term, Kosovo and Serbia were "heading towards a fierce clash" and a war was about to break out, but according to what he wrote on social media, he emphasized that it was he who stopped it, accusing his successor, former President Joe Biden, of having "damaged the long-term perspective with some very senseless decisions."
