Shemsi Prençi, a former senior police officer, said that SPAK should focus on the regions of Elbasan, Fier, Shkodër and Durrës, where according to him, the Socialist Party has recently activated criminal groups to influence the elections.
He expressed his conviction that SPAK will strike hard in Elbasan, while stating that the Special Prosecution Office has identified senior officials and local officials who are friends of Suel Çela.
Premçi also demanded action by law enforcement agencies regarding what he considered anarchy created in DHL offices in Greece, where collective voting takes place.
" I thought that after the unveiling of a strategy by SPAK, there would be control of the territory to prevent electoral crimes, but the polls have tense the situation where the SP comes out negatively in relation to the results of 2021. There are problems in Shkodër, Elbasan, Durrës, Tirana and Fier. Taking into account the political leaders in these cities, it becomes clear that precisely those people who are responsible for the failure to implement the incinerators have brought the level of the polls to a draw, or in favor of the opposition.
It is about several criminal groups from Elbasan, Fier and Durrës to put them in favor of politics.
In Greece, the situation is the worst for the vote, because there were problems with the distribution of envelopes, which are claimed to be unaddressed in Greece. This is an unacceptable claim, because Greece is an EU country. These claims create anarchy in the DHL offices, influencing criminal groups with patronage, to obtain collective votes.
I call on the CEC, SPAK and BKH, despite not having competences in Greece, to stop the anarchy created in the DHL offices throughout Greece, to stop collective voting, because this process could lead to the non-recognition of the emigrants' elections. SPAK has the opportunity, both in cooperation with the CEC and in cooperation with the party, to identify flagrant cases of vote fraud. Criminal groups have recently come into play in the SP to escape defeat.
If SPAK will stop the political-crime cooperation, it will have no impact. In Fier, the state authorities are acting with force, due to the statement of the deputy prime minister that will lead to 11-5. SPAK should focus its attention on Elbasan, Fier, without excluding Lezha and Shkodra.
Suel Çela's group is special in terms of its influence on public administration. SPAK has all the characters on record. It is worse than file 184 in Dibër. SPAK has the high-ranking and local officials who are friends of Suel Çela on record. I am convinced that there are forms and methods to keep them under surveillance. I have absolute conviction that SPAK will hit hard in Elbasan. Currently, there is a name in the Elbasan Court directed by Suel Çela.
There are other directors too.
I know Luan Tabaku personally, what is not expected from this category of people. I feel sorry for an intellectual who swims in the waters of crime. All the regional directors of Elbasan, 50 percent of them, were appointed through the mediation of Suel Çela. SPAK and BKH should get the list of directors, and see the connection between Çela and the gang.
"One of the phenomena that has exploded is that in exchange for votes, gambling establishments are being opened. In exchange for licenses and this freedom of action, even though the establishments have not been opened, or the normative acts have not been issued, it is still considered that these gambling establishments do not operate on a legal basis, but with protection from the State Police ," he said in the news edition on MCN TV.
