Three people have been arrested after the incident in Fier where BKH agents clashed with Agron Kapllanaj's relatives.
It is reported that the arrested have been placed in handcuffs on charges of "assault in the course of duty".
It is learned that Ledjan Kapllanaj, Klaudjo Kapllanaj and Gerald Kollçaku have been arrested. Meanwhile, investigative actions continue for the other persons involved in the incident.
According to the police, BKH agents and the operative were in Fier for investigative actions when they clashed with relatives of Agron Kapllanaj.
"The services of the Special Operations Force Directorate of the Criminal Police Department of the State Police, together with BKH investigators, were on duty in the Fier district this afternoon.
At around 19:20 this evening, on the Fier - Patos road axis, the operational services of the Police and the BKH investigators were attacked in the line of duty by several persons, who were identified and escorted to the Fier Local Police Directorate for further action.
"All investigative and procedural actions are being carried out by the Fier General Jurisdiction Prosecutor's Office," the police announced on Tuesday evening.
