A violent fight with firearms was recorded today in neighborhood no. 17/1 in the city of Durrës.
Two brothers used violence and threatened a 20-year-old man with a firearm. As a result, one of the brothers, Arjan Gega, 32 years old, was put in handcuffs and the work continues for the capture of the other brother, Gjin Gega, 25 years old, both residents of Durrës. It was Gjin Gega who threatened the 20-year-old with a gun.
But as soon as he saw the police, he quickly ran away and left the scene.
The Blues of Durrës inform that the 2 brothers have just found out that the citizen of KP, 20 years old, (their former neighbors) had returned to Albania, due to previous disputes (for a vehicle collision), they found out in a service , near their bar, the 20-year-old, and they had a conflict with him, where one of them (the wanted citizen) threatened him with a firearm, shooting once with a pistol, but thanks to the timely intervention of the Police , the further escalation of the armed conflict was prevented.
Police services are continuing the checks in the area to locate and capture the 25-year-old. The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues to work on the complete legal documentation of the case.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution, for further actions for the criminal offenses "Intimidation", "Other intentional damage", "Stalking", "Unauthorized production and possession of weapons and ammunition" and "Disruption of public peace".
