A serious incident has occurred in Rozafa Fish City, where Gjergj Luca's 'strongman' raped customers. The incident was reported by two women, who were victims of the violence, while the incident took on even greater proportions when a police patrol was unable to stop the aggressor.
Everything happened inside Rozafa Fish City, where according to the complaint, a guard punched two ladies and a gentleman, who had chosen to take a walk outside after lunch at the restaurant. Not only that, but the victims also received a threatening and arrogant response from the manager of Rozafa Fish City.
The complaint was published in JOQ Albania by a woman who had gone with her family and relatives to the restaurant owned by Gjergj Luca.
According to her, the incident occurred after she and her family had finished lunch and gone for a walk near the bar.
She claims that the group was verbally warned not to go into an area behind the restaurant, but continued on the road because, according to her, there were no signs or signage prohibiting customers.
According to her testimony, a few minutes later a person ran up to her and physically assaulted one of her friends. The citizen says that the person first grabbed her by the arm and then kicked and punched her. She adds that her sister was also hit while she tried to intervene to break up the conflict.
After the incident, the group called the police, while the person suspected of committing the violence fled the scene. According to the complainant, a woman with two minor children was also in the area, who were left frightened by the situation.
The citizen claims that while waiting for the police, they asked to meet the restaurant manager to learn the identity of the person who had hit them, but they did not receive any information. She says that she then communicated on the phone with a person identified as Emiljano, who, according to her, threatened them and asked them to leave the business premises.
The complainant states that she recorded the phone conversation. She adds that the police arrived at the scene and asked them to report to the police station, but the group insisted that the people they accuse of violence and threats also accompany them.
According to her, they then presented themselves at the Elbasan Police Station where they filed a report. The citizen claims that the police have documented the facial injuries of her sister and her friend and that the case is now being followed up by the Prosecutor's Office.
