Commenting on the investigation against Sali Berisha, analyst Armand Shkullaku said that Edi Rama and SPAK want to bring the former prime minister out as corrupt.
During his discussion, Shkullaku also listed some of the reasons that, according to him, there is no justice here.

The case happened 15-16 years ago, and SPAK had the opportunity to investigate it whenever it wanted, to file charges.
