Antony Blinken, the US Secretary of State, has arrived in Albania for the first time, at a time when he is expected to confirm the close relations between the United States and Albania.
For the analyst Ilir Yzeiri, this is a historic visit to the very situation in the region and the world.

The analyst also focused on the reform of the justice system, which has been supported by the US. Yzeiri said that today we have a justice system that has begun to strike at high levels.
"Today we can say that we have managed to build a justice system completely different from the one we had before independently and it has started to hit those who until yesterday had taken this country hostage.
Today we have a justice system with structures that act almost as if the country is in a state of emergency, the SPAK structure is an extraordinary structure. We have the General Prosecutor's Office as well as SPAK, we have built special structures as if the country is in a state of emergency.
We remind you that Blinken is proud to visit Albania, as what he asked for when he declared Berisha non grata has materialized today, as SPAK is investigating Berisha in connection with a corruption affair. Sali Berisha has been convicted on facts and accused of major corruption, blackmail and subversive of justice. They had thought this through and announced it openly without batting an eyelash in order to show the Albanians once again that these people are not unpunished. Not only him, but also a deputy prime minister has been charged, and the myth of high officials' impunity has been broken. Blinken comes proudly and rightly to Albania," said Yzeiri.
