But what do Albanians gain from oil in Shpirag, when the operation is being carried out by a private company?
"The result may come out depending on the flow of the product. The royalty on the product will be 10 percent, while the profit tax will be 50 percent", said Belinda Balluku.
In other words, the Albanians will win Noc Rrok.
The company will pour money into the state budget, as much as the Bankers mafia has contributed.
Even the Chinese Bankers must give 50% of the profit, but every year they manipulate the balances, stealing the underground wealth of the Albanians.
From 2004 to the end of 2021, the Bankers company has opened about 800 new oil wells in the Patoz-Marinez area. For 19 years, Bankers has produced over 10 million tons of oil.
The company's income from oil production is about 4 billion USD, almost as much as the annual budget of Albania.
During 19 years, the Bankers Petroleum Albania company has paid zero profit tax to the Albanian state budget.
The agreement stipulates that Bankers Petroleum Albania is obliged to pay tax on the profit every year, in the amount of 50% of the profit.
But what happened? Bankers Petroleum has manipulated expenses every year, fabricating and inflating expenses. After 19 years, the expenses are higher than the profits, so it is allegedly making a loss.
By fictitiously increasing expenses, the company has avoided pouring into the state budget the profit tax.
The expenses include the staggering salaries of the predatory company dome, the corruption of Albpetrol, AKBN, governors, deputies, judges, prosecutors, etc.
The most serious fact is that no politician, even from the opposition, talks about the theft of Albanian underground wealth. Everyone is silent. When the SP was in the opposition, MP Erion Braçe talked about the robbery by Bankers for 8 years in a row.
As soon as the SP came to power, even Brace no longer speaks. The prosecution and SPAK are also silent. The government does not suck.
In 2014, Edi Rama said that no one will play with the wealth of Albanians, referring to Bankers.
