An Albanian citizen who has been living in Greece for 33 years, in the area engulfed in flames yesterday, Alexandropoli, has published an unusual video on his "X" account.
Apostolos (Astrit) Tota, originally from Kukësi, in the published video showed a trailer-type vehicle, in which he kidnapped 25 illegal immigrants living in the forests of Alexandropol, whom he says are responsible for the massive fires that have including the country.
In the published video he makes racist comments calling for a program on illegal immigrants who are in the Greek forests coming from Turkey who want to go to western Greece.
"I loaded 25 immigrants into the trailer, they want to burn us, 25 bastards here and the whole mountain is full. They have sworn to burn us. Get organized, let's go out and collect them. That's all I'm telling you, they want to burn us," he says as he reveals the faces of the scared immigrants.
The Greek police arrested the Albanian together with two other Greeks just a little later.
