Michael Tasellari is the only Albanian working in Elon Musk's company, "Space X".
Tasellari studied in the USA in the field of electronics and initially worked in various American companies.
Then he received an invitation to work in the company of one of the richest people in the world, namely in the satellite sector.
Michael is only 27 years old and is responsible for the management, design and development of the boards that enable the operation of the satellites.
As for Elon Musk, the 27-year-old said that he is a genius and that the people who work with him admire him.
"After I finished school I was lucky enough to start in a company in the robotics industry, then I moved to another company that was dealing with the development of modules. I was not convinced in which field I wanted to work, so I stopped at telecommunications. I worked at CISCO for some time. While working there, I also started to engage in my personal affairs with my partner from China. The work culture in Elon Musk's company is quite excessive, many working hours are put in, everyone there works a minimum of 12-13 hours a day, there are many working days even on weekends with extended hours.
There were days when we worked until 12 at night. But it is not that anyone forces them to stay there. The beauty is that all these people are talented and smart, they are also very passionate about the space, so they don't care much about the title or the title. Those who work there, most of them, are young, 25-35. I was working at CISCO and they offered me a position, I didn't take it very seriously. I said I'm considering it, the discussion went on for six months, they took me to California and I saw what they were doing. Then you said it might be a challenge that I want to take. In the satellite division, I don't think there is an Albanian working there, I know everyone. My responsibility there is for the design and management part of electronic parts.
That deal with the communication part, how it is managed and how it is connected. The satellites that are there do not deal with checks, but simply with the propagation of Internet waves. I have met him physically, but I have been in two online meetings with him. We were presenting one of our projects. AI is genius, it is very accurate. I have noticed that even when he is talking he is very busy, gives the message and leaves. Many people who work for him admire him and say that it is one of the greatest privileges," Michael told Top Channel.
