" We heard this news from foreign media. We do not understand what city-state means, because it can be up to anyone to declare their own state, and it is up to Rama to be the prime minister of the United States of Albania.
There is still ambiguity in what we have been told. We are used to Rama throwing out strange ideas to provoke. It's a project that we have to see how it goes ," he told News 24.
