In her testimony, Paci rejected Beler's claim that the penalty testimony was falsified. " When individual requests come and the person makes the request himself, due to rehabilitation, we give him: not convicted. When the institutions ask for it even though they have access, we give them all the data of the court record, that is, that he is convicted ", she said.
We remind you that just 3 days ago, the Special Appeal rejected Beler's request to be sworn in as the head of the Himarë municipality. Beleri is accused of buying votes in the May 14 local elections.
