Large fire near Pashaliman base in Orikum, strong wind spreads flames

A large fire broke out this evening near the Pashaliman area, in Orikum. Firefighters from Vlora have arrived at the scene, and are operating with the help of vehicles and personnel from Himara.

According to preliminary information, there is currently no danger to surrounding homes. However, strong winds are favoring the spread of the flames and making it difficult for firefighters to intervene on the ground.

The forces involved are working to keep the fire under control and prevent it from spreading.
