The two fraudsters of the microcredit scheme were released by the court, one in prison and the other at "home", while the Bank of Albania announced publicly that it revoked the licenses of the two companies MCA and Final and took them into management, appointing a liquidator. The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana seized the bank accounts of the arrested, including those of MCA and Final, blocking a full 10 million euros.
But apparently it was all a big "show" to somehow calm the public opinion irritated by the credit gang and the justice that did not move for years to stop them.
Arben Meskuti from inside prison 313 has organized a meeting of the assembly of "Final" and has signed a decision cutting several offices with personnel of this company. In both cases, the owners of the two fraudulent companies are reflected by the CKB as having held several regular meetings, days after the "arrest", Arben Meskuti from inside the prison cell and Ela Ibro from France, as if they were free and in the normal course of exercising fraudulent microcredit business.
The scandal lies in the fact that after May 23, when the arrests and seizures took place, the National Business Center and the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana watched and "saw" how Arben Meskuti and Elda Ibro continue to make decisions for their companies, from the "cell".
