Scandal at the Magistrate, Prençi calls SPAK: Investigate Arben Rakip, the list has relatives of politicians

The former senior police official Shemsi Prençi has spoken about the scandal with the Magistrate's test where, according to some students, the list was added with 42 names of winners.

Even today, the list was added again with 10 new names of winners, bringing the total number from the original 79 to 131.

Prençi said that this issue should be investigated by SPAK. He expressed that there are doubts that names of family members and relatives of politicians may have been included in the list, as he adds that today's magistrates will be tomorrow's prosecutors and judges, and such an intervention consequently leads to the capture of justice.

"Arben Rakipi should be investigated, he knows better than anyone. This should be investigated by SPAK. Absolutely, there are people who are relatives of politicians who have won in the Magistrates' Court. The list of names should be taken and looked at by SPAK", he said for "TCH".
