A group of the French team, among dozens of foreign groups cooperating with SPAK, was in Tirana during the week to interrogate three people suspected of being traffickers.
The file against Zabit Fisnik, Redjan Doda and Fabi Isak, suspected of trafficking within the criminal group, shows how the distribution of drugs was ordered from prison, a case first opened by the Albertville investigation brigade.
