The hot months are gone, but not for SPAK! Journalist Anila Hoxha has warned of a busy month in terms of SPAK's corruption crackdown.
In a direct link to Top Story, Hoxha said that SPAK is disclosing other conversations from Skyecc, which implicate people in politics and justice in corruption as well.
She said that developments are expected from sensational files such as the one on January 21, the Partizani file, the Sterilization file and the former president Meta.
" Now in SPAK, no one can predict it. Currently a large group of BKH agents are transcribing conversations from international partners from sky ecc encrypted chat. The hottest issue that will test the SPAK and will show the integrity of the justice structures is related to the last file high-ranking people of the Albanian justice where they are mentioned to have influenced to stop and soften the investigation file. During these days of August, SPAK has seized dozens of files from the courts for people who speak on sky ecc and mention other persons of justice who are suspected to be involved in corruption.
It is also expected in the fall and in the following days, direction will be given to the case of January 21. SPAK has until the end of October to address the issue of Partizan. What SPAK stipulates, in December 2023, Berisha ended up under house arrest and the terms put SPAK in positions of coercion. During September, the sterilization file is expected to be unlocked as well, the case continues to be before the preliminary judge for 6 months. Ilir Beqja had another surprise regarding the SPAK file. SPAK should also give direction to the file of Ilir Meta and his ex-wife.
