Analyst Fatos Lubonja and journalist Aleksandër Çipa have talked about the new justice system, SPAK. Lubonja said SPAK has not affected the system, organized crime and oligarchs. He stated that it is a lie to say that SPAK is acting.

Fatos Lubonja: SPAK is not reacting to a miller, since we have oligarchs, we have organized crime. The system is not affected. Builders are not affected. But when the situation becomes so dire, it will flow somewhere.
Aleksandër Çipa: Mr. Lubonja, to be precise, the ambassadors are supporters of the system, they are not part of the system. The number of files in SPAK is the highest ever.
