Petri Ahmeti's name is mentioned in CEZ-DIA and it is no wonder that SPAK has put him under investigation as part of the affair...
While the Special Prosecutor's Office is moving towards the conclusion of the CEZ-DIA affair, the Socialist Party has given him the fourth mandate at the head of the ERE board, Petri Ahmet.
The latter is known as part of the negotiations of the CEZ-DIA affair, but the socialists with 73 votes in favor, 1 against and 1 abstention gave him the fourth mandate today. The opposition, which did not participate in the vote, also became a party.
The law provides for two mandates. Ahmeti took the fourth. On the other hand, Ahmeti is 68 years old and has reached retirement age.
This illegal procedure was done in silence to keep at the head of ERE a character who has been in leadership positions in the energy sector for 30 years, serving the corrupt interests of Ilir Meta, Sali Berisha and Edi Rama.
With a salary of 53 thousand USD per year, Petrit Ahmeti has personally had shares and corrupt interests in private companies in the field of energy, these interests are held in shell form by trusted persons in these companies (such as the company GSA sh.pk, identified with the nephew J61820031J), which comes in abusive form in the energy sector for years, being itself a key public function.
On the other hand, his name is mentioned in CEZ-DIA and it is not surprising that SPAK has put him under investigation as part of the affair.
His name came out when the case went to Arbitration. In the evidence collected by the lawyers of Clifford Chance, it is emphasized that Kastriot Ismailaj had previously started talks to reach an agreement with CEZ in Prague for the collection of obligations in Albania. And he was consulting with experts, including Petrit Ahmetaj.
" I have prepared this document in cooperation with the citizen Petrit Ahmetaj, whom Kastrioti himself called for this work. Petrit's experience was great, because he had also worked for a long time in the electric power system. The document was prepared for a period of about two weeks and was handed over to Kastriot, who, after finishing this document, would go to Prague to CEZ Prague, in order to get a job , "said in the testimony of the arbitration file. Meanwhile, Ahmeti was an advisor to ERE at the time of signing the contract and then he was elected chairman of the board of commissioners of the Energy Regulatory Entity.
So we clearly have a violation. Not only that, as ERE then reduced the energy price for CEZ. After Meta reached the bargain with Kastriot Ismaili, he influenced ERE and Ahmeti is one of those who abused his office. However, SP gave him another mandate challenging SPAK. / Pamphlet
