The former head of the police, Shemsi Prençi, says that there is a real danger to justice from both the opposition and the government.
Prençi does not spare the accusations against Prime Minister Rama, while saying that he is the first to attack SPAK, as he adds that SPAK has been attacked by the entire Albanian political spectrum.
Shemsi Prençi stated that due to the investigations some directors in the municipality were forced to resign.
"SPAK has been attacked by the entire Albanian political spectrum. Berisha is isolated, others can be isolated. In a democratic state, the entire opposition cannot be arrested, while the prime minister was the first to attack SPAK. He once attacked him that you should also hit the right, not just the left... When the party threatens the state, SPAK is taken hostage", Prençi told Report TV.
Prenç goes on to say that Dumani said that SPAK finds it difficult to cooperate with the police, while emphasizing that in the last two years there are high-level police in the sensitive events of the structured criminal group.
"Dumani said that SPAK finds it difficult to cooperate with the police. Meanwhile, in the last two years, in sensitive events, we must be aware that there is a member of a structured criminal group, police at high levels. SPAK must be supported by all structures. The threat to justice is real. It does not come from those who are not involved, it comes from those who are involved" , said Prençi
Shemsi Prençi stated that the biggest threat comes from the state, while adding that due to the investigations some directors in the municipality have resigned, as they will go to SPAK on Monday.
"The biggest threat comes from the state, as the state and the government are incriminated, as the chain is being tightened. Erion Veliaj has not supported SPAK. The directors in the municipality have resigned, who will go to SPAK by Monday" , Prençi said.
