Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has spoken about the situation in Kosovo and Milan Radoicic.
In an interview for "Bota sot", lawyer Spartak Ngjela said that the international community cannot do anything about Radoicic, since according to him he will not be arrested in Serbia.
"The internationals have nothing to do, and those accusations of the prosecution in Belgrade are falsehoods. This issue is seen internationally as to what happens, only if Radoicic will go to the West. Don't even think that Radoicic can be arrested in Belgrade. Vucic and Radoicic are a criminal gang. They are intoxicated by the crimes they have committed, and depressed by the international support of Kosovo" , he said.
Furthermore, he emphasizes that Serbia is in a crisis of disintegration and that the madness of its leadership is in favor of Kosovo and Albania.
"Serbia is currently in the crisis of its disintegration. Let's see how events will precipitate. But Kosovo and Albania are safe. But the madness of Serbia's leadership is in favor of Albania and Kosovo" , said Ngjela.
Yesterday it was announced that Milan Radoicic bought new properties in the elite part of Belgrade.
This 'movement' of Radoicic was made after the High Public Prosecutor's Office in the Serbian capital accuses him of several criminal offenses related to the attack against the Kosovo Police in the village of Banjské in Zveçan, in September 2023, where a police sergeant and three attackers were killed Serbian.
Radoicic publicly admitted that he was responsible for the attack and that he was the organizer and leader of the armed group.
