Vladimir Isufi, the driver of the former Deputy Minister of Health Klodian Rjepaj, was called to SPAK, testifying that he was in Kosovo in 2014, on a trip with two Italians and an Albanian.

Isufi has shown that during this period he was the personal driver of Klodian Rjepaj, when the latter served as Deputy Minister of Health.

"...I took the two Italians and the Albanian to the University of Pristina. I have informed every vehicle movement after the Deputy Minister told me. I remember that we left urgently and that the fuel expenses were paid by the travelers, after they supplied the vehicle in Kosovo..." - said the driver Vladimir Isufi.

Isufi further claimed that he did not know what connection the two Italians and the Albanian had with the Ministry of Health. The vehicle with which the two visitors moved is owned by the Ministry of Health.

Gianni Bidini is one of the authors of the study conducted by the University of Perugia, which later became part of the feasibility study of the Concession under investigation.

He together with Ilir Rrapaj have been part of the joint meetings with the Minister of Health and the Deputy Minister of Health regarding the meetings with the University of Perugia and the Region of Umbria.
