Analyst Poli Hoxha spoke about the sterilization concession, as he said that at the head of the state there are small groups and they function like criminal gangs.
Invited to Oranews, Hoxha said that the gang consists of school friends, one is a minister, the other is an immigrant who opens a company and they share 100 million between them. Further, the analyst emphasized that all concessions have the same scheme.
"The public and media pressure was great for the sterilization concession file. The corrupt scheme in 10 years while the bosses have been left out. Those prosecutors come from the old system. A concession so simple to catch lasted three years, it makes no sense I knew that that contract would not exist at the Ministry of Health.
