Analyst Fatos Lubonja has spoken about the case of Fredi Beleri, also focusing on the reactions of the Greek authorities.
In an interview for News24, Lubonja also commented on the Summit organized in Athens by the Greek Prime Minister, adding that President Bajram Begaj by refusing the invitation showed that he is a soldier of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"The entire process of Albania's membership in the EU is a process that must be directed by the EU and the US, reality has shown that due to geostrategic reasons there have been delays. But the reforms in Poland and Albania that were made at the same time, sanctions were imposed on Poland, but praise was given to Albania. This is an issue of all Albanians. Rama tries to show that Albania is developing and moving forward, but I don't think that Greece's action will be so deep, because this is a problem of all Albanians.
President Begaj's non-participation in the summit in Athens:
"That general is Rama's soldier. The fact is also funny because the President has not given a single argument, but has a busy agenda. So we behave irresponsibly up to the level of the Presidency. It shows that he is a man without concern for that country, and for this reason Rama put him in," said Lubonja, among other things.
Further, the analyst also spoke about the sterilization concession, while he said that SPAK in the case of incinerators gives more rights to those who think they are caught by justice.
"Is SPAK independent from the power of the executive? I think that the justice reform was made to catch. SPAK in the case of incinerators gives more rights to those who think that SPAK is caught. Catching or not catching SPAK does not it is related to some fish, even if they are important, but with the fact that SPAK is essentially related to the criminal system," said Lubonja.
