With Albanian citizenship and real name Adelisa, only 9-year-old Lisa has to be deported to an orphanage in Albania, even though she only knows how to speak Swedish.
Lisa was born in Sweden and has been living with a Swedish family for five years. But the decision that she will be deported to an orphanage in Albania has been made, even though her guardianship is in a Swedish family.
This event was covered in the show Open Heart. The grandmother of the minor girl stated that the court's decision has harmed the child. She adds that the trial will ultimately be won.
"My daughter was denied asylum. I don't believe Adelisa remembers being little. I asked him and I don't remember. My daughter entered Sweden with a 3-month visa. I'm judging immigration. Sweden has been punished for the actions against our family.
The girl should live where she feels better. The state took Adelija from me and took me to the Swedish adoptive family. Adelisa grew up in Sweden, she doesn't speak Albanian. The decision has harmed the child. We will win the trial", the 9-year-old's grandmother said on the show.
