Former deputy Myslim Murrizi has shown details of the meeting in prison with former democratic deputy Ervin Salianji. He says that this is the first case since 1990, that a politician is handcuffed for public statements about a convicted trafficker in Italy, referring to Agron Xhafa, the brother of the former Minister of the Interior Fatmir Xhafa.
Murrizi has opposed the decision of the Appeal, as he says that the judges function as slaves of Rama's party.
Murrizi makes strong accusations against the government, saying that he has met other prisoners who have chosen to do the opposite of Salianj, that is, to remain silent to cover up the dirt and thefts of their owners. The former MP mocks the internationals who, according to him, have sold the arrest of Salianj as a success of justice reform.
"Today I was in a meeting with the political prisoner Ervin Salianji. The first case since December 8, 1990 that a politician is imprisoned for public statements made at the headquarters of a political party (PD) about a convicted trafficker in Italy. In 34 years of post-communism, this is the only case of political punishment of a politician for public statements in a press conference by spurious Appellate judges who function as slave soldiers of the ruling party.
There, by chance, I also met other convicts who are serving the sentence of "sacrifice" to make prison for the party who, in compliance with the code of silence, have taken it upon themselves to carry the prison on their backs for the thefts of the godfathers.
I do not know how to divide the prisoners according to parties because there are no separate prisons for different parties, so I cannot be a hypocrite to say that I took a "political" position.

Ervin Salianji was sentenced by the Appeal to 1 year in prison for making a false report for the "Babale" file.
