The journalist of "Ora News", Elton Qyno, has learned that Kastriot Ismailaj was questioned while he was serving his sentence in Fier prison, where on April 21, 2021, BKH officers asked him about a trip he had carried out in December 2010 in the Czech Republic, with Ilir Meta, who at that time was Minister of Economy.
Ilir Meta himself, who has already been arrested by SPAK, was asked about this meeting.
On February 22, 2023, Ilir Meta, questioned in the capacity of a person who has knowledge of the circumstances of the investigation, denied that he had ever traveled in the company of Kastriot Ismailaj, outside RS for joint purposes.
He stated that: "...it may have happened that they were on the same plane, but each in his own work...".
But according to SPAK, this is different from what has resulted from the investigative actions where, from the verification of TIMS, it has emerged that the Minister of Economy Ilir Meta and the businessman Kastriot Ismailaj traveled together towards Prague, with the aim of influencing the conclusion of the contract DIA company with Cez.
Meanwhile, Kastriot Ismailaj, who owns the premises of the prison where he served his sentence, has explained this moment and stated that his trip was a planned trip to go to Prague, to CEZ AS Čeki.
Kastrioti states that he learned about Meta's journey that day, at the airport. Kastrioti stated that Ilir Metaj was accompanied by two male advisors from his cabinet, one of whom he remembered was Majlind Lazimi and the other Ilir Ciko.

In the SPAK file, it is stated that immediately after the return from Prague of Ilir Metaj and Kastriot Ismailaj, the "DIA" company issues a Sales Tax Invoice with the seller company DIA and the buyer company CEZ Spërndarje.
