Former prosecutor Eugen Beci has spoken about the call to SPAK of former minister Arben Ahmetaj, who was questioned for five hours by prosecutors about a number of issues.
In an interview for the show "The Unexposed", Beci said that so far it has not been made clear what happened to the incinerators, but the court wants to clarify the criminal fact.
He stated that, first, it should be seen if the contracts are correct and after the violations are determined, the person who committed them should be charged.
"The investigation is done to prove the criminal fact, where the law was violated and then we put the name of who violated it. Until today, as we speak, not only has the criminal fact not been clarified or what happened to the incinerators, but the court requires clarifying the criminal fact. In the investigation, it should be determined whether the contracts are correct, how the meetings and the VKM were made, then when the violations are determined, the name of who did them should be given," he said .
