Berisha's call for "January 21", Zogaj: Three aspects that SPAK

Analyst Preç Zogaj, invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, commented on the motives that led to the summoning of former Prime Minister Berisha to SPAK on Friday to be questioned about the serious event of January 21, 2011. According to Zogaj, SPAK will have to investigate several aspects of this serious event, which have to do with abuse of office, destruction of evidence and cleaning up the crime scene.

" The conclusion has been reached that this is a state crime, a state murder, and from this point of view, the Supreme Court asks SPAK to investigate in three aspects.

One is to investigate murder under qualified circumstances, because from the previous investigation by the Tirana prosecutor's office and from the previous trial, the murders were considered negligent homicide.

The second one asks them to investigate for abuse of office, because someone has abused their office, as long as they qualify it as a state murder, and the third one investigates for the destruction of evidence, for cleaning up the crime scene. From this point of view, I think that SPAK has a space, there are many subjects, as I said, to shed light on and it is the duty of SPAK to shed light on all three of these issues.

At a minimum, two or three things are flagrant. Flagrant is the refusal of the order of the Prosecutor General to detain, not to arrest, the officers who were present and were protagonists at this crime scene. And the director of the Tirana police at that time, or of the state police, I don't remember well, Burgaj was ordered by the country's prime minister to refuse the prosecution. This caused a great stir in Albania at the time.

The entire diplomatic corps, countries, partners and the President of France are surprised how the implementation of a prosecutor's order to investigate a crime scene where four people were killed can be prevented. And, the second has to do with the destruction of evidence, preventing prosecutors from investigating in real time at the moment. At least 48 hours, maybe even more, for the perpetrators of this massacre to intervene, to destroy evidence that the FBI has discovered and our prosecution has not discovered.

The first is the deletion of the prime minister's server, which was filmed before and inside, I don't know what it was filmed, but it was broken, according to the FBI, starting from midnight on January 22 until five in the morning.

Interfering with the weapon of former Guard commander Andrea Prendi, the FBI has discovered that he changed the barrel of the gun. And there are other elements related to the cleaning of the crime scene.

"The essence of the investigation is to investigate who gave the order, why the crowd was shot at, why the guards shot at the crowd at a time when there were demonstrations ," said Zogaj.
