Journalist Klodiana Lala said that DP leader Sali Berisha was summoned to SPAK as a person aware of the 4 murders of January 21, 2011.
She said that Berisha will also be questioned about another issue, which has to do with the non-implementation of the prosecutor's order at the time and the arrest of the chain of leaders of the Republic Guard.
The journalist emphasizes that Berisha will have to provide explanations for "January 21." She adds that the investigation does not focus on the executioners but on those who ordered the guards to shoot at the protesters.
"He was summoned as a person aware of the circumstances of the event, as it turned out that Berisha was staying in the prime minister's office premises during the violent events of January 21st.
There is also an issue that Berisha will be questioned about. The group set up by the General Prosecutor's Office at the time, Berisha did not implement the Chief Prosecutor's order to stop the chain of leaders of the Republic Guard.
Berisha will have to explain why the order was not carried out. According to investigations at the time, he kept the guards inside the prime minister's premises and while he had immunity, the prosecution could not enter the premises. This time was used to destroy evidence, the server was deleted, the footage disappeared, and the needle of the gun used by Ndrea Prendi was changed.
"The prosecution has 2 decisions, SPAK was set in motion by Aleks Nika's widow ," Lala told "News 24".
