The Lezhë Prosecutor's Office has seized 9 assets of the person convicted by the English authorities for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics", Gjovalin Kozhuta, as well as his family members.
According to the announcement of the Prosecutor's Office, the assets are suspected to have been created by criminal activity. Kozhuta is convicted by the English justice authorities for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics" provided by article 283 of the Criminal Code and the following assets are estimated to have a value of 500,000 euros.
The following are under seizure:
- Property in the cadastral area with no. 2180, Lezhë with an area of 400 m2, registered in the name of the citizen ZK (Arable land);
- Property in the cadastral area with no. 1987, Lezhë with an area of 80 m2, registered in the name of the citizen ZK (Apartment);
- Property in the cadastral area with re.1986, Lezhë with an area of 94.2 m2, registered in the name of the citizen PK (Apartment);
- Property in the cadastral area with no. 2569, Lezhë with an area of 53.29 m2, registered in the name of the citizen Gj.K. (Apartment);
- Property in the cadastral area with no. 1986, Lezhë with an area of 66.64 m2, registered in the name of the citizen Gj.K. (Apartment);
- The property in the cadastral area with no. 1587, Lezhë with an area of 48 m2, registered in the name of the citizen Gj.K. (Apartment);
- Property in the cadastral area with no. 8602, Vlora with an area of 72 m2, registered in the name of the citizen Gj.K.;
- The property in the cadastral area with no. 8220, Tirana, with an area of 106.3 m2, registered in the name of citizens GJ.K. and PR (Apartment);
– Mercedes Benz vehicle, type ML, owned by citizens of ZK
