"The body of a girl was found dismembered into 19 parts in Zall-Herr",

On October 22, 2006, the body of a girl was found in the lake of Zall-Herri, cut into 19 pieces and the anatomy of the cut of the body of this victim was precise and according to American experts, the strong suspicions were that we were dealing with a serial killer . It was this event that reminded journalist Spartak Koka.

Invited to the "Opinion" show, the journalist Spartak Koka says that this event has not yet been clarified as he adds that it was suspected that the author was an Albanian-Montenegro citizen who was hiding behind 6 other murders of women.

Koka says the typology of killing this woman and dismembering her body resembled other crimes committed by the serial killer.

Blendi Fevziu: Is Dan Hutra considered a serial killer?

Alban Koçi: In my opinion, yes. The victims were women, people who somehow, according to him, had influenced the reduction of dignity. In the interview I heard that Spartak had developed…

Blendi Fevziu: That was shocking.

Alban Koçi: He was really that typical case that we study of the person who reacts as if he is convinced of his right. Another person's life had no value, even after so long to understand that his actions are considered terrible to our society.

Spartak Koka: The typology is the same because there is also the murder of 2007, his co-habitant and these are murders for the same motives.

Alban Koçi: In the case of Hutra, the entire system, first of all the psychologists, but also the judicial experts who enabled him to be released on bail, have completely failed. The subject had to be under the supervision of the authorities.

Blendi Fevziu: Koka, apart from Dan Hutra, have we identified others?

Spartak Koka: It is a big problem for us because they have never been seriously investigated under the complex of law enforcement institutions, because if these events were investigated, the law enforcement bodies would do badly. Do you remember the case of October 22, 2006, when the body of a girl was found in the Zallherr lake cut into 19 pieces and the anatomy of the cut of the body of this victim was precise and according to American experts at that time, the Americans came and interested in Albania, the strong suspicions were that we were dealing with a serial killer and one of the suspicions they had was about an Albanian-Montenegro citizen, who was later arrested, accused of 6 murders of women, an event which it is still undiscovered today. There were also actions in the USA and it was suspected of murdering 4 Albanian citizens. And at the time it was one of the strong leads of the investigation. The corpse's hands were not even found. The typology of killing this woman and dismembering her body resembled other crimes that had been committed. And this case is considered and suspected to have been committed by a serial killer.

Journalist Spartak Koka also focused on the case of Viktor Tushi, for whom he emphasized that he was a person who repeated his murders during robberies, but added that the investigation for him was not deepened.

Spartak Koka: We have the case of Viktor Tushi who killed 2 in Albania, killed the owner of the jewelry store at the "Train Station", killed the banker at the bank and confessed to the police that in his early youth he had committed crimes and killed people in Greece. an event for which the investigation by the Albanian institutions did not deepen, which showed that we were dealing with a person who repeated murders in robbery.
