Koka says the typology of killing this woman and dismembering her body resembled other crimes committed by the serial killer.

Spartak Koka: It is a big problem for us because they have never been seriously investigated under the complex of law enforcement institutions, because if these events were investigated, the law enforcement bodies would do badly. Journalist Spartak Koka also focused on the case of Viktor Tushi, for whom he emphasized that he was a person who repeated his murders during robberies, but added that the investigation for him was not deepened.
